MSI Cyborg 15 A12VF Overheating Issue Unresolved After Service
I sent my MSI Cyborg 15 A12VF laptop to MSI Turkey’s authorized service due to severe overheating problems. The service team claimed to have conducted general and performance tests, stating no issues were detected, and returned the device. However, since receiving my laptop, it has shut down twice unexpectedly and no longer functions without being plugged into the charger.
I purchased this laptop on November 24, 2023, and it hasn’t even been a year. Until 15 days ago, there were no overheating or noise issues. Now, the device runs extremely loud and overheats constantly.
MSI must address these unresolved issues immediately. I expect proper diagnostics and a permanent solution, as this level of service is unacceptable.
