I am filing this complaint regarding my MSI Prestige 14 A10SC laptop, which I purchased in 2020 from Amazon Germany (Amazon.de), and for which I request a clear and definitive resolution. For approximately one year, the laptop’s keyboard has been suffering from a hardware failure. Specific keys do not work and there are random, unintended key presses, which makes the device extremely difficult and frustrating to use on a daily basis. To resolve this issue, I first contacted the authorized MSI service center in Turkey. I was informed that replacement keyboard parts for this model are not available and that they are therefore unable to repair the device. I then submitted support requests through the official MSI website, but no effective or practical solution was provided. My MSI support ticket number is Ticket#1300780. In addition, I contacted several private repair services, and all of them confirmed that they also could not source the required original MSI keyboard part. As a result, I am left with a premium MSI laptop that cannot be repaired simply because the necessary spare part is not supplied, which I find extremely disappointing. I regret purchasing this product, as I am unable to use it properly despite having taken all reasonable steps to have it repaired. At this stage, I am requesting one of the following solutions. Either the original MSI keyboard spare part for the MSI Prestige 14 A10SC is supplied and installed, and I explicitly confirm that I am willing to pay all associated costs for parts and service, or, if spare parts are no longer available and repair is technically impossible, that the device is replaced with an equivalent or newer MSI model that is fully functional. I believe that a global brand like MSI should be able to provide adequate spare part support or offer a fair replacement solution for its products. I kindly request a clear and written response explaining how MSI intends to resolve this issue and what concrete solution will be provided.
