HP Pavilion 800 Gaming Keyboard Replacement Problem

On April 17, 2023, I got an HP Pavilion Gaming Keyboard 800 from a BIM store. However, on October 27, 2023, the keyboard malfunctioned. I contacted the 4448121 support hotline and inquired about the repair process. Surprisingly, I was told that the goods couldn't be obtained, and they offered me a refund or a replacement with an HP Omen Encoder Gaming Keyboard. After deciding on the replacement, I swiftly sent the needed email and evidence, which included a photo of the product receipt and a video demonstrating the malfunction. On January 31, 2024, M***** Ha*** from 4448121 called with terrible news: the product could not be sourced and a refund will be offered. HP Turkey will repay me for the ₺400 I bought a year ago, as the current keyboard price is ₺1,800. I'm curious if comparable scenarios exist in the United States or European Union countries, and I'd like to study our local laws on the subject. I'm considering registering a complaint with the Ministry of Trade, and I'll also post about it on forums.

They told me the same things and victimized me. All the products on their website are listed as out of stock. So they say, "We don't have it in our inventory, let's ask the distributors." 1-2 months later, they say the distributors are also out of stock and offer to pay the invoice amount for a product from 2 years ago. American managers would not carry out such deceitful actions. Only a company managed and staffed by Turks would do this.
The customer representative has offered to send a plain office keyboard, which can even be found in stationery stores, instead of the malfunctioning RGB gaming keyboard. They have no intention of providing a solution. I am requesting that they send either the same product as mine or an HP Omen gaming keyboard, as they did with my defective keyboard with the serial number 7CH12938M3, which had the same model and the same issue with the key LED.

They have no intention of providing a solution. I demand that they either send the exact same product as mine or an HP Omen gaming keyboard, as they did with my other broken keyboard.
