My MSI Cyborg 15 Keeps Turning Off Unexpectedly and Amazon Won’t Accept a Return
I purchased an MSI Cyborg 15 A13VF-893XTR laptop. I completed all setup and configurations perfectly, and I use only licensed software and applications. However, since the very beginning, the computer has been randomly shutting down on its own from time to time. At first, I thought this might be a coincidence or a minor issue, but when it continued, I contacted Amazon customer service. Unfortunately, they told me that a return was not possible.
After doing some research online, I found many similar complaints about this specific MSI model, which leads me to believe that the product has an inherent defect.
I chose this model because I trusted the MSI brand, but the poor product quality and the recurring issue have left me disappointed and inconvenienced. I request that this problem be resolved promptly and that my grievance be properly addressed.
