MSI Katana 17 Model B12vek-083xtr Replacement Delay Causes Loss of Work
MSI offered me the MSI Katana 17 B12VEK-083XTR as a replacement for the MSI Katana GF76 laptop, which failed twice after purchase. I accepted their offer thirty days ago, but I have yet to receive the replacement laptop. As an architecture student who relies on my laptop to complete projects, this delay has caused me to lose a substantial amount of work. I request that MSI expedite the replacement laptop's shipment and compensate me for the one-month delay. MSI has not provided me with any updates on the delivery of the replacement laptop despite my repeated inquiries. This has caused me considerable sadness and trouble. I rely heavily on my laptop as an architecture student for design software and project management. The delay has caused me to miss deadlines and fall behind in my coursework, resulting in significant work and monetary losses.
