I purchased the MSI Raider 18 HX AL laptop for ₺280,000, expecting top-tier performance and build quality. Unfortunately, just one month after purchase, I’m already facing a serious issue: the charging port is loose and unstable. The charger no longer fits securely, and the connection keeps cutting in and out, making it nearly impossible to use the laptop without constant interruptions.
I’ve submitted multiple support tickets through the MSI website, but so far, I haven’t received any meaningful help. For such a high-end, premium device, this kind of issue showing up so soon is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.
A laptop in this price range should not experience hardware issues within weeks of use. I demand that MSI provide a clear and immediate solution, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or refund. Ignoring customers and offering generic responses is not what I expected from a brand known for quality.
Please take responsibility and fix this charging port issue before it worsens. I trusted MSI with a major investment, and I now expect proper service and support in return.
