MSI Katana 17 Laptop Not Turning On and No Response from Customer Service

I have been unable to turn on my MSI Katana 17 B13VFK laptop for the past four days. The device does not power on at all, and I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as using different power outlets and adapters, but the problem persists. My laptop is still under warranty, and I purchased it from Hepsiburada (Order No: 134 508 450). I currently live in Elazığ city center.
I’ve tried to contact MSI customer service multiple times — by phone, email, and through the online support form — but I haven’t been able to reach anyone or receive any response.
I request that my device be collected and sent to the technical service center as soon as possible and that the issue be resolved promptly. I kindly ask MSI to address this problem and resolve my grievance quickly.
