iPhone 16e Freezes Every Time I Try to Record a Video in Slow Motion Mode

My brand new iPhone 16e freezes when I try to record in slow motion. I contacted iPhone support, and they remotely accessed the device, stating that they found no issues with the software or hardware and recommended restarting the phone. However, the problem still persists. I also reset all settings and updated to the latest iOS version, but nothing changed. This issue makes it nearly impossible to capture important moments smoothly. There’s no issue when recording at 120 FPS, but the freezing continues with slow motion. I’m waiting for you to provide a solution.
