On January 3, 2026, at 9:53 PM, I sent $17 USD via Paycell to my Mostbet account with the account number 141765**. The payment was sent to the IBAN TR2800203000**81000001, registered under the name e**. However, after the transfer, the money was not credited to my Mostbet account.
I later learned that deposits are required to be made in amounts of 500 and its multiples. Despite this, the system accepted the payment without any warning, but the funds were still not reflected in my Mostbet balance. When I contacted live support, I received only automated responses, and even though I tried calling the technical support number, I was unable to reach anyone.
I am requesting that the $17 USD that was not credited to my account be refunded to me as soon as possible, or that it be fully credited to my Mostbet account.
