On October 3, 2025, I made a ₺35,000 deposit via EFT to the following IBAN number provided by Mostbet: TR35**********************33. However, despite the long time that has passed, the deposited amount has not been credited to my account.
I contacted Mostbet customer support, and during our conversation, I was informed that my request was being reviewed by the finance department. Unfortunately, I have not received any update or resolution since then.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my ₺35,000 deposit be immediately credited to my Mostbet account.
