I Face Mostbet Deposit Not Credited Despite Bank Transfer

On September 8, 2025, at 17:27, I deposited ₺4,500 into my Mostbet Casino account through a bank transfer. Even though the transfer was successfully completed on my bank’s side, the amount never appeared in my Mostbet balance.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Mostbet customer support and provided them with my payment receipt. They informed me that the transaction would be reviewed. However, today I received a disappointing response stating that “no deposit has been received on our side”. This is very concerning because I followed the standard process, and this was a regular bank transfer without any complications.
