On the morning of September 16, 2024, I received a notification that my Mostbet account had been temporarily frozen. Despite sending the requested documents to i*@mostbet.com, I haven’t received any response. I have ₺73,000 locked in my account, and I’m unable to make any withdrawals. When I contacted live support, they told me they couldn’t provide information about frozen accounts. I’ve been a long-time player on Mostbet, but now they won’t even tell me why my account was frozen. I urgently request a resolution to this issue. My account ID is 119077055, and I expect this matter to be addressed immediately so I can access my funds.
