I submitted a withdrawal request for ₺90,000 on the Mostbet platform. About an hour after creating the request, my account was suddenly closed. When I contacted customer service regarding the closure, they simply stated that there had been a "rule violation" without providing any further explanation. However, I firmly believe that I did not violate any rules, and no specific details were shared with me. I had also completed all the required identity verification steps without any issues before initiating the withdrawal. As a result, I have been left in a difficult situation—my account is closed, and my money has not been paid. I am requesting the return of my ₺90,000 and the reopening of my account.
