I Face Withdrawal Issue with Mostbet as ₺3,000 Payout Never Reached My Account


On October 8, 2025, I created an account on Mostbet using the email t*****@gmail.com** and deposited ₺7,000 via bank transfer. After the deposit, a ₺17,500 bonus was credited to my account, and I started meeting the bonus wagering requirements. When I reached 99% completion, the bonus progress suddenly stopped, even though there were no warnings or error messages.
When I contacted live support, I was told that I had an old account opened three years ago, and that the bonus could only continue if that account was deleted. I agreed and requested the deletion of the older account. However, during the process, my new account was deleted instead, without any prior notice.
Later, when I reconnected with live support, they said the old account had been deleted and asked me to wait a few days. When I finally managed to log in again, I saw that my bonus balance had also been deleted. This time, support told me that the bonus was automatically removed when the account was deleted, even though they admitted it shouldn’t have been. After insisting on a resolution, they said they would forward it to the relevant team — but during my next chat, I was told the bonus had expired, so no action could be taken, and the conversation was abruptly closed. Eventually, I was blocked from live support altogether.
I had nearly completed the bonus requirements, yet due to technical and communication errors, I lost both my bonus and my original balance. I have screenshots showing that the bonus was still valid before it disappeared. All my effort and time were wasted.
My account is still active, and I demand that both my bonus balance and main funds be restored, and that I be allowed to complete the wagering requirements I had nearly fulfilled.
