I’m deeply disappointed with how Mosbet handled my account and my funds. Around three months ago, I submitted a request to have my account permanently deleted. Despite my request, the account remained active. I logged in and out several times without any issues. But the moment I deposited ₺27,000 into the account, it was suddenly deleted—without warning and without returning my balance. I immediately contacted customer service, but they bluntly told me they couldn't help. So where is my ₺27,000 now? It feels like they waited for me to add funds just so they could erase my account and keep the money. This is not just negligence—it’s unacceptable. I truly regret ever trusting Mosbet. If it happened to me, it could happen to you next. Fix this and return my money immediately.
