Moovit’s Excessive Ads Interrupt Navigation and Ruin User Experience

Moovit has become almost unusable due to its overwhelming focus on advertisements. The constant pop-ups disrupt navigation, making me miss my intended routes. It’s frustrating to see a service prioritize ad revenue over user satisfaction. With such intrusive ads, Moovit cannot expect to build any customer loyalty.

The lack of vision in the platform’s design and user experience is glaringly obvious. As someone with years of retail experience, I’ve rarely seen such amateurish execution from a company. This approach not only frustrates users but also disrespects the investors who support the platform. I urge Moovit to revise its ad strategy and improve the app’s functionality to prioritize user needs. Otherwise, you will lose your user base entirely.
