Can’t Reach Moovit Support — Constant Redirects and Poor UX
I’ve been trying to use the Moovit app and website for years, but on every platform (Android, iOS, and web), I am constantly redirected to the mobile app. I had to delete the mobile app because the ads were excessive and extremely annoying. There are almost no alternative ways to access the service, and the overall user experience is very poor. Despite trying multiple times, it’s also impossible to reach customer support — I can’t even get a response.
I request that Moovit take a more reasonable and user-friendly approach by reviewing its own platform experience and improving accessibility and ease of use.
