In Istanbul’s Kağıthane district, the Moovit app consistently shows incorrect bus times for the TM3 line. Especially when we go to the stop with our baby, the app shows that two buses will arrive within 7 minutes, one right after the other — but once we reach the stop, the arrival time suddenly jumps to 10 minutes, then 15 minutes. Buses that won’t actually arrive appear in the app as if they are coming, and because of this, we end up standing and waiting for long periods every time. This problem has been going on for a long time, and we experienced the same issue again today (between 20:40 and 21:15).
I request that the bus times in the app be updated and that this ongoing issue be resolved.
