Amazon Delivered Leaking Monster Energy Missing Second Box
I placed an order on Amazon on April 1 for two boxes of Monster Energy, Ultra Wild Passion flavor. One of the boxes was held at the Hillsboro, Alabama post office because it was leaking, and I never received the second box at all. These are expensive drinks and I expected to receive both boxes in good condition. The shipment is associated with UPS tracking number 9361289728062634645537. The post office informed me that I could pick up the leaking box, but I do not think it is acceptable to receive damaged and leaking products, and I also have not received the other box I paid for. I have tried to reach Amazon customer service and have left messages, but I have not received any return call or effective support so far. I am disappointed that I cannot reach anyone to resolve this situation. I request that Amazon provide a full replacement for both boxes of Monster Energy, Ultra Wild Passion flavor from this order, without any additional cost to me, and assist in resolving the delivery and damage issue as quickly as possible.
