MoneyPay Failed to Refund My Money for a Canceled Meal Order After 3 Weeks
On December 23, 2024, I ordered a meal from Migros, but the order was later canceled. Despite three weeks passing, the payment has still not been refunded to my account. It seems that the immense profits Migros earns are not enough, as they have now introduced something called MoneyPay, which only adds to the frustration. When you call customer service, they tell you to create a request, but once you do, there is no response. There is not even a feature to track the status of your request. All they say is that they will get back to you. Without having the proper infrastructure, they are attempting to venture into neobanking to make a little extra profit, leaving the customer to bear the consequences of their inefficiency.
