Money Pay App Includes Balance Top Up And Did Not Comply With The Notif

After downloading the Money pay application, defining my Pro card and confirming my ID, on 08.07.2023 at 22:50, I received a message saying congratulations, 10 TL has been defined to your Pro card, but for some reason it is not reflected in my balance. Although I have connected to the customer representative many times and explained the incident, although it has been a month, there is still no result. They also say that they will normally return to you within 48 hours, but for some reason, they say that it has been 1 month and they are still under review. And when we conveyed these to the representative, the phone was hung up on me. I created a complaint for him, there is neither interest nor customer satisfaction. I say Migros is a regret.
