Monese Ignored My Fraud Report for Over 48 Hours and Left My Account Vulnerable

When I found out that illegal transactions had been made on my account, I had a somewhat unpleasant encounter with Monese. I tried to get customer service right away to freeze my account and look into the problem as I discovered it. Even with the urgency, more than 48 hours have gone without any reaction from Monese. Given every second counts, their lack of support is startling and unacceptable. Although the losses were minimal since most of my savings had been transferred to another account, their carelessness still does not justify Should I be able to get the pilfers back, I will be canceling my account permanently. Anyone utilizing Monese should rethink, since their security and support are obviously erratic.
