I Can’t Log In to My New Monese Bank Account Despite Setting a Password
Hello, I recently opened a new bank account with Monese and successfully created a password during the setup. However, I’ve been completely unable to log into my account ever since. This issue has been ongoing for quite a while now, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve double-checked my login credentials multiple times and even tried reinstalling the app, but nothing works.
I need urgent help to access the account I opened with full trust in Monese. I’ve already provided both my primary and backup email addresses during the registration:

Backup: s**************@gmail.com**
It’s unacceptable that a digital banking service cannot resolve such a basic access issue. I kindly ask Monese support to investigate my account and contact me as soon as possible. Please resolve this issue without further delay—I’m locked out of my own money and services!
