Monese App Won’t Let Me Log In—Phone Number Error Prevents Access

I cannot log into the Monese app no matter what I do! Every time I enter my phone number, I get an error message and cannot proceed. I have been waiting for this issue to be resolved, but nothing is improving. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I need access to my account urgently, yet I cannot even register again to fix it. Why is this happening, and why hasn’t Monese addressed it?
