Unable to Access My Coinex Account Despite Correct Credentials
I am unable to log in to my Coinex account, even though my email and password are correct. Every time I try, I encounter a timeout error. This issue is not related to my internet connection or browser, as I have verified these aspects.
Despite reaching out for support, I cannot find any customer representative who can assist me in resolving this issue. My account access is critical, and the lack of timely support from Coinex is highly frustrating.
