I play Mobile Legends on Android daily for at least 2 hours, mostly focusing on solo MMR grinding. Yesterday, I had one of the most frustrating experiences that made me question the fairness of the game. While playing ranked, my teammate with the username @@edeğecek (server ID 4207), who is in the Mythic League, deliberately chose an unsuitable hero for his lane (mid Chou), completely ignored team play, and ended the match with a 1/10 score. His behavior directly caused our team’s defeat, wasting both my effort and valuable time.
After the match, I tried to report this situation to customer support, but I found no option, form, or functional way to submit a complaint. This made me feel ignored and left without a proper channel to address my grievance.
I am requesting that Mobile Legends review this incident, take disciplinary action against the mentioned player (such as temporarily restricting his access to ranked matches or issuing a one-day ban), and most importantly, restore the star I unfairly lost. I also urge the developers to improve the customer support and complaint system so that players like me don’t feel dismissed when facing such problems.
