Mobile Legends Report System Lacks Transparency

I’ve been playing Mobile Legends on my Android phone, and a week ago, I reported another player for misconduct. However, I have not received any information or update regarding the outcome of my report. Although the report appears in my in-game “Reports” section, there has been no transparent communication about the investigation results.
Since there is no customer service phone number to contact the support team, I could only submit the report through the in-game system, but I still haven’t received any response during this process.
I have spent a total of approximately $119 in the game, and my account ID is 1055240461. I would like to be informed about the status of the player I reported and what actions were taken. Furthermore, if this lack of transparency continues, I will be requesting that the game be banned in Turkey due to its unfair and opaque reporting system.
I expect an immediate response on this matter and urge the developers to ensure a more transparent and accountable reporting process going forward.
