I played Mobile Legends on my Android device for about a month, giving the game another try after a long break. Unfortunately, the matchmaking system proved to be severely flawed in almost every match. I repeatedly ended up with teammates who had no understanding of their lanes, picked completely wrong heroes for their roles, or contributed nothing to the game. It was common to see players taking ADC in the EXP lane or using Franco to jungle—moves that go against the game’s basic strategy.
This happened in nearly every match, making it impossible to enjoy the game. I made no in-game purchases and had no way to contact customer service, as there is no proper support channel available. I am certain this is not just my experience—many other players likely face the same frustration.
I have now completely uninstalled the game, but I strongly urge the Mobile Legends team to urgently fix the matchmaking system so other players do not have to deal with these same issues.
