Mobile Legends Ranked Matchmaking Keeps Pairing Me With AFK And Low-Skill Players

For the past week, I have been experiencing severe matchmaking problems in Mobile Legends ranked mode. Using my account (ID: 1517993644 (4433)), I played around 20 consecutive matches, and in nearly every one, I was paired with teammates who were either AFK, absolute beginners, or had extremely low game experience.

Even when I performed well and ended as MVP, it was impossible to win matches under these conditions, and I continuously lost stars. I reported the situation after every game, yet I never received any response, and the issue was never fixed. This repeated unfair matchmaking has ruined the ranked experience for me.

At this point, I am so frustrated that I am seriously considering uninstalling the game. Players invest time and sometimes money in Mobile Legends, yet the system does not reward effort or skill when matchmaking consistently punishes you with unbalanced teams.

I demand that the Mobile Legends team provide a clear explanation for why this matchmaking issue occurs, and if necessary, send me a detailed response via email. I no longer want to feel like I’m “talking to a wall.” My losses and frustrations should be acknowledged, and the matchmaking system should be adjusted to ensure fair and competitive ranked games.
