Mizuno Football Boots Opened After Minimal Use, Request Refund Or Exchange

I bought a pair of Mizuno Morelia Neo 4 Beta Elite football shoes in January from your store in Armada AVM, Ankara. Although I have used them for a relatively short period, the front part of the shoes has already become disconnected and opened, which I find unacceptable for a product in this category and price level. This situation negatively affects my performance and comfort while playing, and I can no longer use the shoes safely. I am disappointed that a product I trusted for its quality has worn out this quickly. On 01.04.2026, I received an official letter issued in the name of Levent Zambak confirming the approval of a refund/return process for this product. However, despite this written confirmation, my problem has still not been resolved and I have not received the outcome I expect. I request that my shoes be examined and that I am provided either with a replacement of the same model or, if this is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price without further delay. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and inform me about the process.
