Issues with Whining and Wind Noise in Mitsubishi Air Conditioners

I was very excited when I bought a Mitsubishi air conditioner a month ago. However, an annoying wind-like noise accompanied its operation from the start, disrupting my peace. Frustrated, I called customer service for assistance. A technician came by, tinkered around, but was unable to resolve the problem. Surprisingly, they ended up causing damage to my previously faultless second air conditioner in the process. The company went silent when I requested a replacement for both units. I was drawn to Mitsubishi because of its quality reputation, but now I'm wondering where that quality has gone. It's infuriating to invest in a product with high expectations only to be disappointed by poor service and performance. As a customer, all I want is for my problems to be resolved and my comfort to be restored. Are you listening, Mitsubishi? It's time to make things right and live up to your reputation.
