Mitsubishi Air Conditioner Not Cooling or Heating, Leaking Gas

I bought a Mitsubishi air conditioner about a year ago, and unfortunately, it started malfunctioning just three months after it was installed. A service technician arrived, replenished the gas supply, and discovered a leak. After three months had passed, I encountered the same problem and reached out to the service once more. After just ten days, they found themselves back again, facing the exact same issue. The air conditioner fails to provide cooling or heating, as the service merely replenishes the gas and departs. Dealing with the same problem for an entire year, despite investing a significant amount of money into this unit, is incredibly overwhelming. We've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but all they tell us is to call the service. Unfortunately, the service hasn't been able to resolve the issue for an entire year. I'm not going to use this air conditioner in its current state. I kindly request that the authorities promptly address my issue and provide a refund for my air conditioner. I want to make it clear that I will utilize all of my legal rights in this matter.
