Uncomfortable and Disrespectful Experience at Miniso Terracity

On November 21, 2024, I visited the Miniso store in Terracity to pick out small gifts for my daughter's advent calendar. However, the experience was ruined by an employee who constantly followed me around the store. At first, I tried to brush it off, but the behavior became so uncomfortable that I finally asked, “How can I help you?”

I felt deeply humiliated, as though I was being treated like a potential thief. When I expressed my discomfort, the employee responded, “My manager asked me to do this, so I’m just following instructions.” To make matters worse, as I approached the checkout, I noticed two employees exchanging smirks and high-fiving behind my back.

This disrespectful and degrading behavior left me feeling hurt and upset. I will never return to this store, nor will I recommend it to others. I expect Miniso to take action and address such unprofessional treatment.
