Miniso Hilltown Mall Fragrance Diffuser Causes Nausea and Headaches for Shoppers

Due to the fragrance diffuser used in the Miniso store at Hilltown Mall, we are exposed to an overwhelming scent that makes breathing difficult both inside the store and in the mall corridors. This fragrance has filled not only the interior of the store, but also neighboring shops and walkway areas, reaching an intensity that could negatively impact human health.

This situation has been ongoing for over a year. I previously went to the store in person and informed the staff that the scent was very bothersome and affecting our health; however, no improvement was made, and I felt the issue was not taken seriously. Even when walking around the mall with my daughter, we are bothered by the scent; I experience headaches, nausea, and a general feeling of discomfort. Although my daughter loves going into this store and shopping here, we can no longer enter the store because of the intensity of the fragrance.

I demand that the intensity of the fragrance diffusers used in the Miniso Hilltown Mall store be turned down immediately and brought to a reasonable level that does not risk human health. We do not want to be exposed to such a dominant scent in the mall corridors and around the store area.
