I purchased my Mini Countryman as a used vehicle two weeks ago. Since the day I bought it, the internet connection has never worked.
The issue is ongoing, and I am unable to connect to the internet in any way.
I contacted the authorized service center regarding the problem and received an appointment for 11/03/2025. My vehicle is still under warranty, and the VIN is WMW41GA02S7T11605. So far, I have not experienced any other faults or payment-related issues.
I request that the issue be diagnosed and resolved as soon as possible.
