2018 Mini Countryman Windshield Seal Damage Causing Water Leaks

The window seals under the front wipers of my 2018 Mini Cooper Countryman have severely deteriorated. The seals have become extremely hard, crumbling like stone, and are falling apart. Because of this, the vehicle takes in water during rain or after washing. The car is only seven years old, and I did not expect this level of material deterioration in such a short time from a brand like Mini, which positions itself as “premium.”
My license plate number is 16***51. I have been doing maintenance and repairs at an independent service shop. I have been dealing with this problem for about two years, and I have not yet contacted any Borusan Mini authorized service center. My warranty has expired, but it is clear that this chronic seal issue is not caused by user error.
While even much older vehicles from far more affordable, non-premium brands do not experience this type of issue, seeing it on a Mini is truly disappointing. I request that Mini demonstrate its commitment to customer satisfaction by fixing this seal problem free of charge.
