MentalUP Has Not Responded About Unauthorized Billing
I am Meryem K******. Even though I never gave any approval or started any subscription with MentalUP, a charge of approx...imately $52 was made from my Akbank card on March 28, 2026. This transaction was carried out completely without my knowledge or permission, and I find it absolutely unacceptable.
