MentalUP Has Not Responded About Unauthorized Billing

I am Meryem K******. Even though I never gave any approval or started any subscription with MentalUP, a charge of approximately $52 was made from my Akbank card on March 28, 2026. This transaction was carried out completely without my knowledge or permission, and I find it absolutely unacceptable.

So far, I have not received any response whatsoever from MentalUP regarding this issue. I request that the amount withdrawn from my account without my authorization be refunded to me as soon as possible and that any subscriptions that may have been opened under my name be canceled immediately.

I also want an explanation regarding how this transaction was able to occur and assurance that my card information will not be used without my permission again. I request that my financial loss and inconvenience be resolved urgently.
