Migros Delivered Expired Banvit Chicken and Refused Refund
On 12 May, I placed an order through Migros Hemen from the Migros Espark Eskişehir store and received two packs of Banvit Piliç Acılı Kebap 400 g packaged chicken that were expired. Realizing that the products were past their expiry date, I contacted Migros many times to resolve the issue. I reached out to customer service and the store approximately 10 times regarding these expired products and requested a refund. However, instead of support, I was met with an unacceptable attitude from the Espark store manager. The manager openly told me “do whatever you want, we are not helping,” did not take the situation seriously, and no solution or refund was provided. I request that the price of the two expired Banvit Piliç Acılı Kebap 400 g products be refunded to me as soon as possible and that a detailed investigation be carried out regarding the behavior and attitude of the Migros Espark Eskişehir store manager, so that such disrespectful and unhelpful treatment does not occur again.
