"Today customer service called and informed me that the store does not accept any exchanges or returns. In other words, they sold me defective products and have swindled my money. I will definitely continue the complaint process I started, hoping for an exchange, as a request for a refund. I will apply all legal avenues such as the Consumer Arbitration Board, etc. Just as Carrefour avoids compensating for its own mistake and is stealing my money, I will do whatever is necessary to prevent my money from being taken, in order to defend my rights."
