Mielle Organics Delayed My Order for Months and Ignored My Refund Request

Ordering from the Mielle Organics website, I expected fast delivery. Still, my order status displays "processing." Several times I called their customer service, just to get the same scripted message regarding delays resulting from "unexpected order volume." Nothing ever changed even though they insisted I wait another 10 to 15 business days. Having asked for a complete refund after weeks of back-and-forth emails in an attempt to settle the matter, they still haven't handled it. My most annoying online buying experience to date is this one. Although Mielle Organics is a respectable brand, this lack of openness and responsibility has totally destroyed my faith.
