Mielle Organics Failed to Provide an Invoice Despite Multiple Customer Service Requests
In July 2024 I bought numerous items from Mielle Organics and required a valid document for refunding needs. I have not received the needed invoice even though I emailed and phoned their customer support several times. Every time I was told my request had been "escalated" and I would get a follow-up soon, weeks had gone without any outcome. It is alarming and somewhat disruptive when a well-known brand shows this lack of responsiveness. Their service should consist mostly on correct documentation. Mielle Organics has a reputation, hence I expected better from them. By means of this review, I wish to inspire the business to give customer service more top priority and present the invoices their clients rightly deserve.
