Unable to Redeem Phyto Hair Dye with Accumulated Reward Points
I have been a loyal Phyto customer for years, regularly purchasing and using their hair dye products. I have accumulated reward points intending to redeem them for a hair dye, yet no pharmacy is accepting my points, making it impossible for me to claim the product.
This situation is completely unprofessional and frustrating. If a brand promises a loyalty program, it should honor it. I expect Phyto to resolve this issue immediately and ensure that my reward points can be used as advertised.
I demand an urgent solution and clear communication regarding this matter. Why offer a points system if customers can’t redeem them?
