Mielle Organics Damaged My Hair After Alleged Formula Change Despite Denials

For more than a year, I have been using Mielle Organics products; but, my experience became bad following their claimed purchase by P&G Beauty. The products changed my hair in really noticeable ways. Now the moisturising conditioner I used to leave my curls soft and controllable causes dryness and obvious breakage. My hair seems brittle, and I have even had some thinning—something I never dealt with previously. I first believed it was related to seasonal variations, but given similar concerns on social media, I believe the formula has changed. Mielle Organics denies any reformulating, yet it's difficult to overlook the rising number of people dealing with similar hair problems. I am starting to doubt my brand loyalty right now.
