No matter how much I spend at Sephora, whether ₺50,000 or less, I never receive testers, let alone the promotional gifts I am entitled to. Recently, Sephora advertised a free Olaplex gift with the purchase of two or more products. Based on this offer, I decided not to buy Olaplex separately and proceeded with my order.
However, when my order arrived, there was no gift included—not even the promised Olaplex item. This was not a tester; it was a promotional gift clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.
Failing to provide what customers are entitled to shows a lack of respect and professionalism. Sephora, I’m done with you. It’s time to turn to Sevil instead. Rectify this issue immediately.
