Miele Washing Machine Broken Weight Socket and Expensive Repair Costs

I purchased an Miele washing machine on December 16, 2014, and the socketed weight behind the drum broke. Despite its reputation for quality and longevity, my Miele washing machine didn't survive as long as other domestically manufactured machines. Furthermore, when there is a problem, they do not sell the item, allowing you to repair and continue using it. It's as if they don't want anyone to fix it somewhere. The repair charges they require are so enormous that you could buy two locally manufactured machines for the same price. The machine's model and part number are listed below. The asking price is ₺25,000. I believe Miele creates low-quality goods and abandons its customers because the machine only lasted nine years.
