Dyson Hair Styler Order Delay

I made a purchase for a hair styler from their website on March 26, 2024. Even though the payment was taken from my account, the order was not fulfilled. I've reached out to customer service on numerous occasions, only to receive unsatisfactory explanations. On my initial call, I was informed that the problem would be taken care of within 48 hours. During my second call, they informed me that a ticket had been created and that I would need to wait. On my third call, I was told that a ticket hadn't been created, but they assured me it would be taken care of right away. During my fourth call, even though I had already given them my email and phone number multiple times, they insisted on asking for the information again but failed to follow up. It's already the second of the month, and I'm still waiting to hear back from Dyson. Do they have such a strong desire for money that they are unwilling to give us a refund and are simply stalling? This is absolutely unacceptable! Please either refund my money or send my product. If the customer representatives at that location are unable to resolve any issues, they should consider finding another job. This lacks professionalism! They don't seem to have much faith in people's intelligence.
