Honestly, Miele has been a complete disappointment. Even though I’ve already paid for the replacement product, I can’t get any updates about the process. No matter what I do, I can’t get my issue resolved. Despite leaving multiple notes through the call center, no one has gotten back to me. I even sent a complaint email to the main office, but still haven’t received a response.
