I Demand Support from Miele for My Faulty Washing Machine

Recently, I had a problem with my Miele washing machine because it started making strange sounds while it was running. I called the authorized technical service right away because I was worried. They checked out the machine and told me, much to my surprise, that fixing the problem would cost about 14,000 tl. Don't forget that this machine is only four years old and cost 5,000 tl to buy. Miele told us that we wouldn't have to worry about it for at least ten years. So, I'm asking Miele for help with this problem, and I expect them to give me the part I need for free. We didn't cause this problem, so we shouldn't have to pay so much for a fairly new appliance.
