Arçelik Refused to Replace My 4-Year-Old 9123 N MG Washing Machine Drum
On 13.01.2025, the drum of my Arçelik 9123 N MG washing machine broke. The device is only 4 years old, and I am already facing the issue of the boiler breaking. I contacted the Arçelik authorized service and clearly stated that I had identified the malfunction myself and only required a report. However, I was informed rudely that I would be forced to pay ₺650 even if it was just for the report. They even threatened to cancel the appointment I had made, saying they would proceed with the cancellation if I refused to pay the fee. My request to Arçelik is to address this issue, as the device is only 4 years old, and the boiler has already failed. I demand that this boiler be replaced free of charge or that the price difference be covered for purchasing a new device. Otherwise, I will pursue my rights through platforms such as the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Cimer. Additionally, I request that you address the inappropriate behavior of your Konya Selçuklu branch and ensure such actions are not repeated.

"Arçelik is a regret, don't buy it, don't let others buy it" The problem I experienced is not only related to the washing machine, the refrigerator breaks down, the oven's element is faulty, the dishwasher doesn't wash properly, should I continue?
